well I don't use PS but maybe I can still help what is the problem? do you just not know how to crop it all together?

my problem on croping image is , i can't crop the hair perfectly.
i see on devart tutorial , but they aren't so good.
They aren't look natural.
Maybe......
you can help me on that.

ok, are you looking to remove the hair from the subject or remove the background from around the hair?
